Owner, Jessica Lindbo, is one of Washington State’s certified Medical Massage Practitioners. She specializes in pre-and post-surgical massage and rehabilitation, as well as automobile and work injuries. Working alongside some of Washington’s top neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, physical therapists, primary care doctors and chiropractors, she has had the opportunity to help many patients achieve optimal health and wellness. Jessica attended Washington State University, where she studied neuroscience and psychology, providing her with the knowledge and education that sets her apart from other therapist out there. During college, she spent four years working as a certified chiropractic assistant, where she deepened her education about the body as well as holistic medicine. Jessica’s previous education and work history has led her to become one of the pacific northwest’s top medical massage practitioners. However, it is her warm heart and caring attitude that the patients rave about most, she is a true healer inside and out. Jessica is the mother of four beautiful children, and one silly golden retriever. She is the wife of an amazing, supportive, handyman that she enjoys traveling the world with; when she is not saving lives in the office, she enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family.

Kayla is nothing short of a blessing to this office, since the minute she joined our team, she has stepped up in every way possible to help us become the success we are today. Kayla has been a part of the massage community for 8 years, healing and caring for patients. She specializes in deep tissue treatment massage, massage cupping, prenatal massage, myofascial release, pre and post-surgical massage and much more. Kayla's passion for healing is shown in every massage she gives, she strives to make sure her patients are well taken care of, reach their goals, and achieve beyond desired results. Her talent goes far beyond her hands though, her patients will tell you it is her heart and desire to heal that help fill the room with the support and compassion they need during their treatments, she has been called "a true healer", "a breath of fresh air", "a savior", "a life changer" and has received many more amazing compliments as she continues to help heal our community. Besides being one of the South Sounds top massage therapists she is an amazing mother and wife too, she has two beautiful little girls, and a wonderful husband, who she enjoys going on mini weekend trips with, exploring, doing home projects and arts and crafts with.

Emili is a certified Medical Massage Therapist, and an amazing one at that. She specializes in deep tissue medical massage, massage cupping, lymphatic drainage and more. Emili has eagerly spent her career deep diving into her passion for healing and has made a name for herself in our community that she should be proud of. She prides herself on "working with patients, and not on them". Emili has a kind heart and an old soul, making it very easy for her to connect with anyone that comes her way. She is a little bit country and a little bit Rock N Roll and is a true blessing to all of those that cross her path. Emili enjoys hiking, playing video games with her husband and friends. She can easily put a smile on anyone's face and does it around here daily. We consider ourselves lucky to have her as a part of our team and to heal the world alongside of her.

Jamie has been involved in holistic healing for many years now, and she has been a massage practitioner since 2018 when she graduated from Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics. Jamie loves learning new modalities and has taken several advanced training classes, these classes along with her desire to heal is what leaves her patients astonished that she has not been in the field longer. Jamie specializes in fascial systems of the body, deep trigger point work, structural alignment and treatment massage. Her goal and passion is to help her patients gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. In addition to massage and body work Jamie is also a certified reiki practitioner, hypnotherapist and is working towards a career in helping people unlock their truest potential. Jamie's upbeat personality and kind heart have made her an amazing addition to this office, and we are completely blessed to have her here. Jamie is also the mother of two wonderful boys and one beautiful pup Miss Pennylane, she enjoys fort building, hiking adventures and tending to her giant, beautiful garden.

Chelsie is known here for her intuition to seek out and heal almost every ailment that comes her way. It is her willingness to grow as a provider and to deep dive into her education, wisdom and experience around this field that has already caught her up with therapists with many more years of experience then her. Chelsie specializes in deep tissue treatment work, and from the moment she walked into our clinic she has been nothing short of amazing and incredible, she is light to all she is around. Chelsie gives her all to every patient and when she is not helping our community heal, she is studying forensic science and hanging out with her boyfriend.

Lisa has been a massage therapist since 2012. She has spent her massage career developing a comforting approach to her medical treatment work. She is a firm believer in deep tissue work and is capable of it but has found that it is not always necessary to achieve progress, relief and results. Lisa is wonderful to catering to the needs of her patients and their ailments. Her knowledge, awareness, and attention to detail paired with her true passion for healing makes her one of the best in this field and we are so very blessed to have her here as a part of our clinic. Lisa has a heart of gold and when she is not here healing our community, she is spending time with her beautiful children. She also enjoys beach adventures, music and just recently got into sewing too!

Christy has just recently joined our massage family here, but it feels as if we have known her much longer as she very quickly became loved by all, including her patients. Christy has over 15 years of experience with massage therapy. She has developed a unique way to merge both the medical and relaxation spectrums by infusing them both and giving each patient an individual experience catered to their specific needs and desires. A quote that she loves is one by Gandhi "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." and I can tell you it is a quote that she truly embodies. Christy is light, grace and kindness and an incredible blessing to those that cross her path. When Christy is not healing our community, she enjoys spending her time at the beach and at home with her family.

Katie became a massage therapist in 2004 and has been aiding patients in their healing process ever since. Katie wanted to become a massage therapist because she wanted to help people, but over the years it became far more than just that to her. After working in a variety of places such as a day spa, an all-women's clinic, and a chiropractic clinic, she has formed bonds with her patients and has learned many different types of massage techniques along the way. Katie does her best to listen to what her patients need and treats accordingly. Be it deep tissue, quick release, Myo fascial release, or Swedish massage she does what is needed to make sure her patients feel cared for, relaxed and overall, better then when they walked in. Katie is a mother of three kids: Emma, DeAnna, and Kyle. Katie is very proud of her children and what they have achieved, and she is grateful for her supportive and loving husband Jason. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors, she loves hiking, gardening, reading, taking her two dogs on walks and riding on the back of her husband's motorcycle.

Rebecca is pure sunshine and happiness. She has been a true blessing to this clinic from the day she started. Rebecca has been healing the community with massage since 2001. Her knowledge, experience and wisdom in this field is astonishing. It's not just book and body smarts that she encompasses but it is her true passion for healing and taking care of those the world sends her that makes her one of the best massage therapists in the South Sound. Rebecca is a go-getter and has conquered everything life has thrown her way with a smile. When she is not saving lives and releasing muscles at the clinic, she is spending time with her children, traveling, hiking, watching movies or listening to music.

Rosa is truly a one-of-a-kind therapist and a blessing to our office. Rosa specializes in Structural Integration work and although she does utilize the muscular system her main focus is structural alignment. Rosa's technique is not for the faint of heart as this is a modality that may take some getting used to some pain in order to thoroughly enjoy the session but her results with Chronic pain is unlike anything I have witnessed before. Rosa has been a professor of massage therapy at Alexandar Massage Clinic & School for many years now sharing her immense knowledge with so many. When she is not busy teaching or healing the community Rosa enjoys cold plunging in the sound, spending time with family and friends and participating in sound bath journeys.

Desiree has been dedicated to the art of massage therapy and healing for the last three years. She is a proud graduate of the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, where she honed her skills in a variety of techniques, including trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, Thai-infused table massage and prenatal/pregnancy massage. Desiree's passion lies in helping others feel better, not only their physical bodies but also in their overall holistic wellbeing. She believes in the power of healing touch and am committed to supporting her patients on their wellness journeys. Desiree travels far to work to be here with us and we are so blessed to have her as a part of our team.

Tana was born and raised in the Artic Circle of Alaska. Her Inupiaq name is Amilik and she enjoys spending a majority of her time outdoors. Tana loves animals as well as helping others. Tana is a ball of energy wrapped in love and light. Her presence, dedication and kind heart are an absolute blessing to this clinic, when she is not here or outdoors, she is usually spending time with family, or volunteering at the food bank.
